Add More Fiber to Your Diet

We all know we should eat more fiber. Here are a few easy ways to get your family to eat more whole grains:

Start the day with a bowl of whole grain cereal (Kashi Go Lean Crunch is my favorite)
Serve low fat cheese on whole grain crackers
Make sandwiches on whole grain bread
Serve a vegetable stir fry over brown rice
Enjoy tomato sauce with whole wheat spaghetti – add some extra veggies for more
Mix whole grain cereal with low fat yogurt for a yummy treat
